“I have been receiving coaching from Ivy for approximately 9 months. Initially I was offered a temporary service through my employer for coaching. My initial impression was that this would assist me with career growth and management of my professional path in advancement and improve the quality of my performance. I believe one can always achieve growth and knowledge in such opportunities as this
I have had professional counseling at various times in the past, but have never worked with someone as perceptive or effective as this professional. She shows enthusiasm and has empowered me with her personal support with empathy and resolve. I believe she is sincere and brings with her life experiences which tells me she never will judge and has walked many difficult roads herself.
Working with her has been thought provoking, introspective, difficult, rewarding, challenging and freeing.
I am grateful for the opportunity to have someone who genuinely is interested in my struggles and progress which I have achieved in many cases thanks to her mentoring.
I am more than satisfied that after the initial agreement of 3 months I opted to continue our work together to enable me to continue to grow and gain a new found self fulfillment and insight.
I never cease to be amazed that she has access to many tools to support whatever issues may be at hand. I endorse the work of Ivy and am grateful for the chance to have worked with her at this time in my life. Until now I have never expressed to her, that I am very grateful for her interventions with me.
Everyone should consider giving themselves such a gift as this chance to learn and grow to be more comfortable with who we are and find out what is possible, which I have learned is anything is possible as long as it is in alignment with what my true beliefs are!”

"I had great reservations about working with a Coach — until I saw Ivy speak at a conference and utterly transform the stage. The promise of her setting us free – no matter where you are in life — from one’s old “imprisoned” habits — has worked miracles in my personal and business life. Her wisdom, intuition and humanity can turn around a life. It certainly has mine.”

"Ivy is a fierce coach. She has the unique ability to nurture, care and push the limits of what is possible for the greater good of her client. I was in a dark place and truthfully didn't know if I'd be able to get out. I am forever grateful for the sacred space she held, for pushing me and knowing my power when I couldn't even fathom it. Ivy helped me move from a place of lost and confusion to standing tall, beautiful and strong in my authentic power. . If you're looking for a coach who will hear you, see you, and support you through vulnerable and uncomfortable times, all while mirroring your own beautiful essence....Ivy's your coach!”

"It is rare to find a person that can walk a path with you, guide you, open your heart and mind while walking with such a strong but delicate touch that when you look back your footprints are the only ones you see. It is then that you realize that it was your work and her inspired and intuitive guidance that brought you to a place that is at once foreign and home. Ivy has this special gift and she shares it through coaching. Her compassion and desire to help people grow and move through areas where they may be stuck come together to create an amazing coach. When we look for a life-coach, we look for someone like Ivy, someone that has a well of life experiences to tap into. These experiences enrich our lives and teach us, they deepen our ability to see a situation from all perspectives and to open to what life has to offer. Ivy’s ability to use her wisdom to choose the best tools and skills for each need her client may have is uncanny. I am so grateful that I have had a chance to coach with Ivy she has allowed me to find strength, empowerment and hope in the face of fear and uncertainty.”
Thank you, Ivy! You Rock!"

“I’ve spent years in therapy trying to understand and work through patterns I couldn’t seem to shift. In just a few months of coaching with Ivy, I made more meaningful progress than I had in decades.
Before working with Ivy, when I fell into a depressive funk, I usually stayed there until it passed. I’d cocoon myself in my office, bury myself in work, and convince myself I was being productive or responsible. But underneath that, I was often using work to avoid feeling what I didn’t want to face. And without realizing it, I was also cutting myself off from joy.
Ivy helped me see that pattern clearly. More importantly, she helped me learn how to interrupt it. Now, when I feel myself starting to spiral or shut down, I’m able to recognize what’s happening sooner. I can pause. I can name what I’m feeling. I can take a walk, move my body, reach for something nourishing, or take one small action that helps me come back to myself.
That may sound simple, but for me, it’s been life-changing. I don’t feel as powerless inside those low moments anymore. I have tools. I have awareness. I have a way back.
One of the most meaningful shifts has been realizing that I wasn’t only bypassing pain. I was bypassing joy too. I’d spent so long pushing through, achieving, enduring, and staying busy that I almost didn’t know how to give myself permission to feel good.
Ivy’s coaching helped me begin to notice beauty, ease, movement, connection, and small moments of accomplishment again. She helped me understand that caring for myself doesn’t have to wait until I fall apart. It can begin with one honest pause.
What sets Ivy apart is the way she challenges you. She doesn’t let you hide in your comfort zone, repeat the same old narratives, or avoid the truth of what’s really going on. But she also doesn’t shame you, judge you, or push you past what you’re ready to face. That balance is rare.
I always felt safe with Ivy, but I also knew she wasn’t going to let me stay stuck. She has a way of asking the right question at exactly the right time. Sometimes it stopped me in my tracks. Sometimes it helped me see something I’d been circling around for years. Sometimes it gave me the clarity I needed to finally take ownership without shutting down.
Working with Ivy has helped me move forward in areas of my life where I honestly thought I might always feel stuck. I have more clarity, more confidence, and more follow-through than I thought was possible. Most importantly, I have a stronger relationship with myself.
Ivy’s coaching is grounded, honest, compassionate, and deeply effective. Coaching with Ivy has been one of the most impactful investments I’ve ever made in myself. I’m deeply grateful for the work we’ve done together.”
